Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME
All items are made to order. Typical production time is 2–7 business days before shipment. During holidays or high-volume periods, production may take a bit longer.
SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping is free on eligible orders where offered. Any exceptions (such as oversized items or special shipping requirements) will be shown at checkout.
WHERE WE SHIP
United States (Lower 48 + Washington, DC): We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO, or U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands).
International shipping is not available at this time.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time is the sum of:

Production time (made to order), plus

Carrier transit time after shipment
Transit time varies by carrier and destination. Tracking will be provided when your order ships.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS (IMPORTANT)
If your order includes multiple items (for example, a shirt plus a print), they may be produced and shipped separately from different fulfillment partners. You may receive multiple packages and multiple tracking numbers.
PACKAGING BY PRODUCT TYPE
Paper photo prints may ship flat or rolled in a protective tube depending on size.
Metal prints ship flat in protective packaging with corner protection. Larger metal prints may require additional protective packaging and may arrive in a box built for safe transit.
TRACKING
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change an address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an item enters production, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the packaging and item and we will make it right. If a package appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help investigate and resolve it.
